A journey on holiday

A journey on holiday
Next summer I’m making a journey to North. We are some friends, and we are making our travel arrangements ourselves. We have travelled together many times and planned all out without any travel agents. Our route is Enontekiö – Kautokeino – Karasjoki – Bugöynes and back via Neiden. Bugöynes is a destination. It’s located  by the Arctic Ocean in Varanger peninsula. The surroundings are spectacular mountains and the bleak sea. The road to Bugöynes winds across barren country.  You get uninterrupted views over the landscape from a car.  At the end of the car journey you see the village and the sea. In Bugöynes we are staying in a family-run-hotel.

It will be a fascinating journey!

  1. Great post, Kerttuli. And beautiful use of the present continuous to talk about future! I won't lsit the collocations - let's see if someone else spots them.

    Sounds like a great trip.

    1. 'views over' and 'views of' are both fine. Well spotted!
